Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across software, IT, and product development teams. You’ll coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure milestones are achieved, and maintain focus on quality and timelines.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business units. You’ll translate requirements into actionable tasks, manage resources effectively, and ensure alignment at every stage of the project. By applying Agile and Scrum methodologies, you will foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibility also includes risk assessment, budget management, and reporting progress to leadership. With a strong grasp of both technology and project frameworks, you will be instrumental in delivering projects that drive business success and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to deliver software and IT projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. You should be confident in applying Agile methods, managing risks, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • 5+ years in project management, ideally in tech/software companies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and distributed teams.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
