How we work

One team, from first call to production.

No hand-offs between strategy, design, engineering and operations. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who build and run the system.

Principles

Four rulesevery project follows.

  • 01

    Outcome before output

Every engagement starts from what should change in the business, and we agree how that will be measured before anything is built.

  • 02

    Small first, then expand

We start with the part that matters most, prove it in production and grow from there, instead of betting everything on one launch.

  • 03

    Decisions in writing

Architecture, scope and trade-offs are written down as they are made, so nothing important lives only in someone's head, ours included.

  • 04

    Direct access

You talk to the people doing the work. No account layer, no messages relayed by someone who was not in the room.

Process

From a first callto a system in production.

The same shape for a website, an app or an AI workflow. What changes is how long each step takes.

  1. 01

    Understand

A call and, where it helps, a short audit. We learn how the business runs today, what is not working and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written proposal: what we build, what we deliberately leave out, the milestones, the price and who works on it.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles, each ending with a working version you can open, not a status report. Priorities are reviewed together at every step.

  4. 04

    Launch and operate

Release with monitoring, analytics and documentation in place. Then we stay on to run and improve it, or hand it over to your team.

Ways to work together

Three waysto start.

Most clients begin with the smallest one that answers their question. Scope and price are always agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Discovery

When the question is still what to build.

A short engagement that ends in a decision: a scoped plan, the architecture and the risks, ready for us or for your own team to build.

    • Working sessions with the people who run the process
    • Architecture and technology choices, in writing
    • A prioritised, scoped roadmap
    • Usually weeks, not months
  • Build

When you know what needs to exist.

A defined scope delivered in milestones, from design to launch. You see working software throughout, not only at the end.

    • Product design and engineering
    • Integrations, analytics and SEO foundations
    • Testing, release and documentation
    • Handover of code, accounts and access
  • Operate

When the system is live and has to keep improving.

An ongoing agreement to monitor, maintain and improve what is running, for systems we built and, after a review, for systems we did not.

    • Monitoring and fixes
    • Security and dependency updates
    • Improvements planned every month
    • Response times set in the contract

What stays yours

You ownwhat you pay for.

Nothing we build should make you depend on us. The exact terms are in each contract; these are the defaults we start from.

  1. 01

The source code written for your project, in a repository owned by your organisation, once the work is paid for. Tools we reuse across projects stay ours, with a permanent right for you to use them in your product.

  2. 02

Every account the system runs on, from hosting and domains to app stores, analytics and advertising, registered to your company.

  3. 03

Your data. It is used only for your project and never to train AI models.

  4. 04

The documentation: architecture, decisions, and how to deploy and operate the system.

  5. 05

The freedom to leave. A handover to your team or to another supplier is part of the work, not an extra.

Questions

What clientsusually ask.

Fixed price or time and materials?

Every price is agreed for the project at hand. As a rule, a defined scope gets a fixed price per milestone, and open-ended work, such as ongoing improvement, is billed monthly. Either way, the numbers are in the proposal before anything starts.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you share anything confidential. We can sign yours or send ours.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We can build alongside your developers, take on a defined part of the system, or hand over to them at the end. Code and decisions are written so another team can pick them up.

Who will we actually talk to?

The people doing the work. You get a direct channel to them and a regular review where you see what was built, what comes next and what needs a decision from you.

Do you work with companies outside Romania?

Yes. We work in English and Romanian, from Bucharest, on Eastern European time. Most collaboration happens remotely, with in-person workshops when they are worth the trip.

What happens after launch?

You choose. We can stay on under an Operate agreement, or hand everything over with the documentation your team needs to run it without us.

Let's talk

Tell us whatyou want to change.

We reply within one working day, with a straight answer on whether we are the right team for it.
