10Complaints

If you have a complaint about the website or a request sent through it, write to hello@divex.ai and we will reply within 30 days. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), www.anpc.ro, including for alternative dispute resolution (SAL).

11Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Bucharest, without prejudice to any mandatory rule that gives consumers the right to bring proceedings where they live.

12Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
