Mobile Applications
Applications people open more than once — designed around a real moment of use, and built to carry the workflows behind it.
The situation
Not because of the technology. Because nobody established what the app is for on a Tuesday afternoon.
The app duplicates the website instead of doing something the website cannot.
There is no reason to open it a second time.
Field or in-store teams still work on paper because the internal app was never designed for their hands.
Subscriptions were added late, so pricing fights the product.
Notifications are treated as a growth lever instead of a service to the user.
What we build
The product your market uses directly — onboarding, core loop, retention and the paths that bring someone back.
Tools for teams who are not at a desk: field operations, logistics, in-store workflows, inspections.
Paywalls, trials, entitlements and store billing, designed so the commercial model and the experience agree.
Startup time, list behaviour, offline states and battery cost treated as product features.
Messages tied to something the user asked for, with the preference controls that keep them installed.
App Store and Play Store submission, review handling, staged rollout and release process.
How we work
We define the moment the app exists for, and what makes someone open it again.
The core loop gets built early, on a device, where it can actually be judged.
Native or React Native, chosen from the requirements rather than from preference.
Store delivery, monitoring, and a plan for the second version before the first one ships.
Capabilities
Questions
React Native when the product is largely shared logic and speed of delivery matters. Native when the experience depends on platform capability — heavy graphics, deep hardware access, or a specific feel. We decide it from the requirements, in the open.
Frequently, no. If there is no repeated moment of use, a fast mobile web experience will outperform an app nobody installs. We will tell you if that is the case.
You do. We publish under your organisation and hand over the full release process.
