Personal AI memory

Obrion

An external memory that reads your email and calendar, anticipates what matters and proposes the next step — acting only when you confirm.

01The idea

Obrion connects to Gmail and Google Calendar, with WhatsApp next. It understands what is going on, anticipates what is coming and proposes what to do, and it acts only after you confirm.

One rule decides every feature: it has to reduce anxiety, or it does not ship.

02How it works

A small model triages every message, and a larger one reads in depth only what matters. What Obrion learns is stored as structured memory with hybrid search, semantic and keyword, so a promise made in an email three weeks ago is as easy to recall as tomorrow’s meeting.

It is built for one person first, the founder, with support for more users designed in from day one.

Technology

  • Next.js · TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL + pgvector
  • BullMQ workers
  • Vercel AI Gateway, tiered models
  • Gmail and Calendar APIs

Where it stands

In development. The foundation and the memory layer are built; messaging, daily briefs and proposed actions come next, then a mobile app.
