01The problem
A public institution’s registry is where every request starts: petitions, requests for public information, permits, letters from other institutions. Most still arrive by email, are copied by hand into a register and travel from office to office while the legal deadline runs.
02What we built
Registratura.ai reads the institution’s official inbox, gives every document its registration number, reads the attachments, recognises the type of request and computes the legal deadline. It suggests which department should handle it, and a person confirms. The AI supports the registry clerk; it never takes the decision.
Every step is recorded: registered, assigned, in progress, resolved. The registration number cannot be edited, because it is an official record.
03Built for many institutions
Each institution gets its own address and its own space, with data isolated at database level. Departments, document types and routing rules are configured per institution, not hard-coded. The first public institution is already on the platform.

Where it stands
Live at registratura.ai, with the first institution onboarded and demos open to city halls, county councils and any institution that keeps a registry.
